Good day, one and all! To all of you people listening in out there, I'd like to let you know that the SOS Brigade is holding a raffle. Today! All three of me will be handing out tickets at the SOS Brigade clubhouse, but we'll all be spreading out around the plaza too so keep an eye out for all of me!

[That's right, all three of her. Sorry, but there are no bonus prizes for anyone that ends up running into three 'Duplicas' today. Speaking of which, a raffle isn't much fun if you don't know what you're going in with a chance of winning, right?]

You might just end up winning one of these great prizes that the Brigade has lined up, so make sure you listen closely.

[Cue Duplica reading off the following list of prizes:
1. Free Brigade consultation
2. Free Favor from the Brigade
3. Ride on a Dragon
4. Spend a day with a celebrity of your choice
5. Signed Idol Photograph
6. A Slot Machine
7. A bento created by the chief of the Brigade
8. Photos on a Brigade member in a nurse outfit
9. Mp3 or CD of an acoustic version of God Knows
10. Mp3 or CD of a cover of Eye of the Tiger
Her enthusiasm seems to pick up when she reads out number four, that's definitely a good prize to get.]

So now you know what's going on all you have left to do is find me. We'll try and be around until noon today. We'll be drawing winners this afternoon so don't put it off until the last minute. All of me are looking forward to seeing all of you!

[After she's finished speaking, Duplica heads to the SOS clubhouse and stands outside with a bunch of tickets in her hands. There's also another Duplica wandering around the plaza with her own tickets and yet another, shorter Duplica doing the same thing. If you happen to talk to any of the Duplicas in the plaza then you'll only end up getting a friendly smile. The real deal and the clubhouse will be more than happy to talk and might even come over if any of her other 'Duplicas' are running into trouble.]

[Well, he can definitely tell that the shorter one must be Mini-Dit, so that just leaves the fountain or over by the SOS clubhouse. After a moment of looking between the two, he seems to reach a decision and makes his way over to the Duplica over by the clubhouse.]

Hello Duplica! May we have one of those raffle tickets you've been handing out today?

[What, Duplica doesn't want to spend a day with a celebrity? Well, that's all right, Oswald's not too keen on winning that one either. He is the local celebrity, after all.]

Naw, it's more like a... A sixth sense. I can't be sure this one's a winner, but there's only one way to find out, right?

I see. Still, having a sense for things like this is more than what most people have. Good luck all the same for when the winners are drawn, Oswald!

[Now, with the raffle dealt with.] So are you going to tell me what you were doing up there?

Of course you can Cilan, take your pick!

[She holds out the collection of tickets she has so Cilan is free to choose whichever one he likes the look of.]

I think you might have a chance of winning something good, especially since you ran into the real me. It must be your lucky day.

[Sorry Sakura, this Duplica is so damn rude that she's turning away to find more people to give tickets to. If Ditto could remember how to reply to questions along with remembering what Duplica looks like and what it has to do then maybe then it would reply. But alas.

Meanwhile, the Duplica by the clubhouse is watching Sakura by the fountain, since she's hard to miss. She's considering coming over to say hello, especially if Sakura has questions that need answering.]

[The giggling catches Duplica off guard, but a reaction like that can only be a good thing, surely!

Mini-Dit starts to wriggle free from Lupin's grasp and bounces back over the Duplica and her other Ditto.]

If you like then you can come and say hello to him anytime you like, we're all normally here at the SOS clubhouse.

[The tension leaves his shoulders as the octopus-ditto bounced out of his arms. Octopi...he didn't like octopi.]

I'll...uh. I'll remember that.

[She doesn't have questions that need answering, no, but she's wondering why "Duplica" has decided to just ignore her completely and turn away. It's rude, sure, but Sakura assumes immediately that she's said something rude or has done something offputting without realizing it.

So she's going to stand there a bit awkwardly before remembering that there are two other Duplicas. Maybe she picked the wrong one...? So she'll head over to the real one right now.]

Are you...? [Real?]

[Cilan doesn't mind if he strikes out on the raffle or whatever prize he might get if he actually wins anything--he's just proud that he figured out which one was the right Duplica to talk to, so he takes a ticket at random as he speaks.]

Admittedly your Ditto are very close in appearance to you and provide a bit of a perplexing taste in telling you apart from them--I suppose my hunch in thinking the real one could be standing farther back away from the two in the plaza was correct.

Is that what gave me away? Aaah, maybe I should have gone out there with them, but I can keep an eye on both of them from over here.

[If she was out there handing things out then she might lose track of one of them. No way does she want to lose one of her Dittos here.]

If they could remember to say 'hello' and some other phrases then they would be even more convincing. Just as well you were going on appearances and nothing else, otherwise it would have been even more obvious which one was the real me.

I am. Hello Sakura! [Wink. You've found the real deal.]

I hope the other me over there didn't confuse you too much.

Good, see that you do!

[Duplica winks as she sees to both of her Ditto for a moment, making sure they're both okay before continuing.]

So Lupin, what sort of prize are you hoping to win in the raffle?

[...he ignores that first comment. The dittos themselves were cute, but he didn't want another incident with an octopus. He instead smiles, glad to get onto a different topic.]

I was hoping to win the slot machine, honestly. We have games like that at home, and it's been ages since I last played with one.

Mm, that's true as well! Though, seeing as your Ditto were able to pull off an adequate human transformation, getting them to speak might not be too much of an impossibility. After all, there are rumors of Zoroarks, the evolved form of Zorua that I mentioned before, that can supposedly mimic a person's voice as well in their transformations. I've yet to see it for myself, but it sounds like it would be a very astonishing flavor to get to taste if it's true.

[Zorua, on the other hand, he's not sure of since the only one he's met is Luke's who seems to prefer not speaking (or is incapable of doing so) when it's in one of it's human transformations.]

I'm sure they could speak if I took the time to go over the transformation with them! This is their first ever human transformation though, so I don't want to put too much work on them at once. Being able to remember exactly what I look like and hand out tickets must be hard enough!

[Plus her Ditto was able to mimic Meowth's voice, but that was just a few words and not an entire language.]

I have to say, the more I heard about Zorua and Zoroark the more I want to meet one for myself.

Not much. Just lookin' up at the sky.

[He glances upwards again. There isn't that much to see today. It's mostly a lot of clouds. He's just so used to skygazing in Wasteland that the habit is hard to shake.]

[That's understandable--one step at a time and all that.]

Well, I'm sure there will be a chance to meet one someday--perhaps if you ever decide to visit Unova and any trainers that might have one with them, or if you ever meet Luke here or in Virbank City who has one himself. [Not that he would ever actually wish for Luke or anyone else to show up and get stuck here, but you get what he means.]

I admit, she had me fooled for a moment. [She smiles. Smiles are coming easier to her these days.]

The Duplica I met is much friendlier, though. Have you been well?

That's true. The only problem is once I go back to Johto I won't remember anything about Zorua or Zoroark. [Sigh.] I think it's best if I just keep training my Ditto like a true Ditto master.

[And that's if she ever does end up going back home.]

[Duplica joins in with the skygazing and looks at the cloudy sky for a moment.]

I can't say I really keep my eye on the sky much. It must be pretty nice, when the sun is out anyway.

Yes, thank you. My Ditto and I have been getting along great here, the SOS Brigade really helped us all settle in.

[Come to think of it-] I don't believe you've met my Ditto yet. Well, you have, but you haven't realised it.

We have slot machines back home too! In Kanto I know there was a town that never slept with these sorts of machines. I think it was called Neon Town.

[She's never been herself, but she's certainly heard of the town and slot machines.]

I can't say I've ever played on one myself though.

That girl. Was she your Ditto?

[She looks back over to the fountain.] I am unfamiliar with the SOS Brigade. You are a member, then? What is it that you do?

Town that never slept? Sounds like Vegas. [Not that he was going to elaborate on the gambling, drinking, and burlesque dancers on the strip to a girl.]

You should try one sometime, since they're here. Maybe you can earn tickets in exchange for prizes, like mp3 players or a neat sculpture.

[He frowns slightly at that--he may not be particularly fond of being in this place, but the idea of forgetting the people you meet and things said or done here seems a little sad.]

Perhaps, but thinking about things that way has a bit of a pessimistic taste to it, don't you think? [After a moment though, he smiles again.] But I'm sure that even if you did somehow forget about it, you'll surely find out about them someday nonetheless--after all, Ash is not from Unova, but he found his way there after hearing about it elsewhere. [At least, that's the best example he can think of that's a little more optimistic than "What's the point, I'll forget anyway"] Either way, I do believe that someday you'll become a great "Ditto master", if not already one of the best. [Or even the best, because you're the only Ditto master we know of. ^^;;]
