Good day, one and all! To all of you people listening in out there, I'd like to let you know that the SOS Brigade is holding a raffle. Today! All three of me will be handing out tickets at the SOS Brigade clubhouse, but we'll all be spreading out around the plaza too so keep an eye out for all of me!

[That's right, all three of her. Sorry, but there are no bonus prizes for anyone that ends up running into three 'Duplicas' today. Speaking of which, a raffle isn't much fun if you don't know what you're going in with a chance of winning, right?]

You might just end up winning one of these great prizes that the Brigade has lined up, so make sure you listen closely.

[Cue Duplica reading off the following list of prizes:
1. Free Brigade consultation
2. Free Favor from the Brigade
3. Ride on a Dragon
4. Spend a day with a celebrity of your choice
5. Signed Idol Photograph
6. A Slot Machine
7. A bento created by the chief of the Brigade
8. Photos on a Brigade member in a nurse outfit
9. Mp3 or CD of an acoustic version of God Knows
10. Mp3 or CD of a cover of Eye of the Tiger
Her enthusiasm seems to pick up when she reads out number four, that's definitely a good prize to get.]

So now you know what's going on all you have left to do is find me. We'll try and be around until noon today. We'll be drawing winners this afternoon so don't put it off until the last minute. All of me are looking forward to seeing all of you!

[After she's finished speaking, Duplica heads to the SOS clubhouse and stands outside with a bunch of tickets in her hands. There's also another Duplica wandering around the plaza with her own tickets and yet another, shorter Duplica doing the same thing. If you happen to talk to any of the Duplicas in the plaza then you'll only end up getting a friendly smile. The real deal and the clubhouse will be more than happy to talk and might even come over if any of her other 'Duplicas' are running into trouble.]

I think you of all people should be able to really know what I mean by 'all three of me', Cilan.

[Duplica ends up laughing to herself. Her odd speech before has probably already given away what she plans to do if people are familiar with her Ditto.]

Ah, I take it that means I shouldn't be too surprised if one of you is actually a Ditto in disguise?

Or two of me! Even if I might look a little shorter than I usually do.

[Just pretend they're all the same height okay? Okay.]

Well, I'm sure it'll be an impressive sight to taste regardless, since having three of someone walking around would normally be very rare to see.

[Unless you're the Shadow Triad. ~~Or him and his brothers since they're triplets and could maybe dye their hair to look more similar to each other.~~]

I hope so. I'm hoping the way I advertised the raffle would get a few people interested. Like you said, seeing three of the same people walking around would be very entertaining!

[~~If you're going with hair dye then Panpour and Pansear need to be dyed too. And their expressions changed... Gotta complete the look with three Cilans and three Pansages!~~]

It's certainly a very unique marketing strategy to use--I may have to consider getting one of these raffle tickets myself. [If only to get a better look at three Duplicas, perhaps.]

[~~No way, you can have another three Cilans! No more than six though, that's against league rules.~~]

For a moment I thought about imitating whoever came over for a ticket, but if a lot of people showed up then they would soon catch on. With three Duplicas running around it should keep people guessing! Plus it's great exercise for my Ditto. [The sound of Duplica flicking through a ream of tickets can be heard in the background.] We have plenty more to hand out so come on down whenever you're ready!

Alright, I'll keep an eye out for you--all three of you, of course.

[And, like he said he would, he does end up swinging by the plaza to check it out a little while later. Indeed, it looks like there really are three Duplicas walking around, which is a pretty interesting sight to see...WHICH ONE SHOULD WE GET A BETTER LOOK AT FIRST...]

[It's your call Cilan. Which Duplica takes your fancy? Is it the one by the fountain, the shorter one which very obviously isn't Duplica but shhh, or the one by the SOS clubhouse. OH CHOICES.]

[Well, he can definitely tell that the shorter one must be Mini-Dit, so that just leaves the fountain or over by the SOS clubhouse. After a moment of looking between the two, he seems to reach a decision and makes his way over to the Duplica over by the clubhouse.]

Hello Duplica! May we have one of those raffle tickets you've been handing out today?

Of course you can Cilan, take your pick!

[She holds out the collection of tickets she has so Cilan is free to choose whichever one he likes the look of.]

I think you might have a chance of winning something good, especially since you ran into the real me. It must be your lucky day.

[Cilan doesn't mind if he strikes out on the raffle or whatever prize he might get if he actually wins anything--he's just proud that he figured out which one was the right Duplica to talk to, so he takes a ticket at random as he speaks.]

Admittedly your Ditto are very close in appearance to you and provide a bit of a perplexing taste in telling you apart from them--I suppose my hunch in thinking the real one could be standing farther back away from the two in the plaza was correct.

Is that what gave me away? Aaah, maybe I should have gone out there with them, but I can keep an eye on both of them from over here.

[If she was out there handing things out then she might lose track of one of them. No way does she want to lose one of her Dittos here.]

If they could remember to say 'hello' and some other phrases then they would be even more convincing. Just as well you were going on appearances and nothing else, otherwise it would have been even more obvious which one was the real me.

Mm, that's true as well! Though, seeing as your Ditto were able to pull off an adequate human transformation, getting them to speak might not be too much of an impossibility. After all, there are rumors of Zoroarks, the evolved form of Zorua that I mentioned before, that can supposedly mimic a person's voice as well in their transformations. I've yet to see it for myself, but it sounds like it would be a very astonishing flavor to get to taste if it's true.

[Zorua, on the other hand, he's not sure of since the only one he's met is Luke's who seems to prefer not speaking (or is incapable of doing so) when it's in one of it's human transformations.]

I'm sure they could speak if I took the time to go over the transformation with them! This is their first ever human transformation though, so I don't want to put too much work on them at once. Being able to remember exactly what I look like and hand out tickets must be hard enough!

[Plus her Ditto was able to mimic Meowth's voice, but that was just a few words and not an entire language.]

I have to say, the more I heard about Zorua and Zoroark the more I want to meet one for myself.

[That's understandable--one step at a time and all that.]

Well, I'm sure there will be a chance to meet one someday--perhaps if you ever decide to visit Unova and any trainers that might have one with them, or if you ever meet Luke here or in Virbank City who has one himself. [Not that he would ever actually wish for Luke or anyone else to show up and get stuck here, but you get what he means.]

That's true. The only problem is once I go back to Johto I won't remember anything about Zorua or Zoroark. [Sigh.] I think it's best if I just keep training my Ditto like a true Ditto master.

[And that's if she ever does end up going back home.]

[He frowns slightly at that--he may not be particularly fond of being in this place, but the idea of forgetting the people you meet and things said or done here seems a little sad.]

Perhaps, but thinking about things that way has a bit of a pessimistic taste to it, don't you think? [After a moment though, he smiles again.] But I'm sure that even if you did somehow forget about it, you'll surely find out about them someday nonetheless--after all, Ash is not from Unova, but he found his way there after hearing about it elsewhere. [At least, that's the best example he can think of that's a little more optimistic than "What's the point, I'll forget anyway"] Either way, I do believe that someday you'll become a great "Ditto master", if not already one of the best. [Or even the best, because you're the only Ditto master we know of. ^^;;]

I guess so, if I ever thought like that back home then I would have never wound up heading to Johto in the first place. [She straightens up and even laughs to herself as she does so.] I might never have reopened the House of Imite either!

[It doesn't do anyone here any good if all they do is focus on why they're here and what that means. If memories and forgetting things were really such an issue, then why bother meeting new people at all?]

I'll have to find my way there and challenge Ash to another battle. And besides, if what you've said about the studios un Unova is right, I'll be heading over there in no time at all. [Heh.] Thanks, Cilan.

Don't mention it. [He beams] I'm sure your battle with Ash would be quite an interesting fight to get to taste...ah, you've battled him before, right? How did your previous battle go with him?

When we first battled I was able to put his Bulbasaur in a bind without any problems at all! He really underestimated my Ditto's power. [Hah, that really was some time ago now.] We battled another two times in Johto, but he still has a lot to learn about training his Pokemon.

[~~That was like what, almost ten years ago right...~~]

Perhaps, but I'd like to think that his inherent flavor has begun to ripen a little more, at least within the time since I first met him in Unova. [Which doesn't feel that long ago, really. Still...a Bulbasaur, huh? He'll have to be sure to ask Ash about it--well, if Ash somehow makes his way here...]

[~~Wow it wasn't that-- No, wait, fourteen. Fourteen years ago come the end of October. Sob.~~]

He might have learnt a lot between seeing me and meeting up with you. The only real way to be able to tell would be if I battled him again. [Only the Ash from Cilan's time and not her time, and probably not the Ash from any of the times in between... Times man.]

Quite true. Hopefully I'll be graced with the chance to watch if the two of you do meet up and battle again someday.
